No matter your age, skill level or fitness, exercising should be enjoyable and I want to show you how.

Hour training is a motivating workout programme developed by Olga.

She believes in a 3 pillars approach to keep you focused on your goal.
MOVEMENT
We are built to move. No matter if it’s slow or fast, big or small, movement is essential for a healthy body and mind.
RECOVERY
Like oil to an engine. It doesn’t necessarily mean rest. It includes mobility and stretch work, as well as therapeutic treatments.
NUTRITION
Kale. Nutrition is so much more than this. Let’s be more creative about delicious healthy choices to fuel your body.
Whether you prefer training by yourself or with friends, I will be your partner and motivator.

Packages and Prices.

1-2-1 sessions

£40 a session

£150 for a pack of 4 sessions

Group sessions

£50 a session. Divided by the number of participants (max 5)

£180 for a pack of 4 sessions

The get healthy package

£350 for a pack of 8 sessions.

We will train 2x a week. You will be provided with a nutrition plan.
